Press Release – Grenadian Artwork to OAS Art Museum – 14 Oct 2026

Salt of the Earth, Daughter of the Soil (2026), by Grenadian artist Shervone Neckles-Ortiz. The two-panel artwork, incorporating sea salt, Grenadian spices and family archival materials, was selected as Grenada’s first contribution to the permanent collection of the OAS Art Museum of the Americas in Washington, D.C.
