NEW YORK, September 23, 2010 – Grenada and Azerbaijan on Thursday signed a communiqué on establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.  Foreign Affairs Minister Peter David and his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov signed the joint communiqué on establishing diplomatic ties between Grenada and Azerbaijan in New York on the margins of the 65^th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.  (read more…)
