H. E. Tarlie Francis, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Permanent Representative to the OAS, takes a moment to congratulate H. E. David Kerich, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kenya, on the occasion of Kenya’s Anniversary of Independence, celebrated last evening at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, Washington DC. The evening was well attended with officials from the U.S. State Department, Diplomatic Community, Corporate America, Kenyan Diaspora and well-wishers.
